Will the immunity clause finally be removed?

The House of Representatives is planning a review of the 1999 constitution in  the hopes of amending it. One of the issues in consideration is the removal of the immunity clause. This clause prevents the Presidency- as well as some other government officials- from being arrested for crimes committed while they are still in office.

The Reps, however, have not taken any concrete steps in this direction. I personally feel that the clause has advantages as well as disadvantages. The disadvantages far out-numbering the advantages! Please let them scrap it so that our elected officials will think twice before duping us!
